Well we’re here again already, where does a fortnight go. This is the first time I’ve managed to do everything, sowing, transplanting, recording and posting all in one day. And it took pretty much the whole day!
I won’t harp on in writing, because I do plenty of that in the video. Looking forward to peas in the near future…
This is the best way of maximising the fertility on your property. No plastic bags, no putting the green bin out and no industrially produced chemicals.
Essentially fermenting organic matter to produce bacteria and nitrogen rich fertiliser.
The original thought was a nice quick and concise how to fertilise the garden, and it became a feature film.
I cover worm wee, compost tea, and weed tea, the signs of healthy fertiliser and applying it to the garden.
Not a great friend to the veggie garden and fruit trees. A real tester of nerve and patience as it speeds up soil and plant dehydration, not to mention the destruction from more violent gusts.
This video illustrates a few ways you can try and lessen it’s impact and recover your sanity!
The story of my walk home from the city – life in the slow lane (I’m sure there is a parody song in there somewhere). All the film clips were posted on Instagram as a story, so they are made in portrait on purpose. A bit annoying for ‘normal’ viewing but that’s the way the cookie crumbled.
