After graduating as a Geologist in 1996 in the UK, Mike travelled to Australia and worked his way into a deep rut passing through the Mining, Oil, Insurance, IT and Telecommunications industries on a rather hollow, money-orientated career path.

Around 2014 the legendary Gandhi mantra “Be the change you wish to see in the world” had a profound effect on his thinking and behaviour. Since then, he has left the mining industry, renovated a house as an owner builder, completed a Permaculture Design Course, transformed the garden, overhauled his diet, and taken large strides to becoming connected and involved in the local community.

As something of a “Jack of all Trades” Mike’s goal now is to help others “Be the change they wish to see in the world”.
