About six months ago Sylvia wrote a song about permabees and heavily name dropped Stephanie all the way through it. Such serendipity, it’s the perfect sound track! Even whilst I was dropping in video clips when editing, the bees just came next when the chorus came on, and lunch clips popped in exactly where lunch is mentioned. The easiest video I’ve ever made!!
Steph has been the membership secretary of Permaculture Sydney North for about 12 years and knows pretty much all the 250 members by name. She is also the current Garden Coordinator and so coordinated her own permabee.
I made some sourdough fruitbread as a share plate as I know Steph loves it, and Pete really outdid himself with a wonderful spread for lunch. Lou and I did not need dinner last night….
